During the pandemic, Boréale decided to create 7 new innovative beers designed in collaboration with Quebec artists and artisans.
This is the first beer in the series – a black IPA made with organic coffee blend from Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia from Humble Lion and wild flower honey from Intermiel.
